Dr. Vanderlip has more than 25 years extensive experience in reproductive medicine and surgery, including laparoscopic follicle aspiration, embryo transfer, semen collection and freezing, and artificial insemination techniques. She served as clinical veterinarian for UCSD School of Medicine; Chief of Surgery for the Oregon Regional Primate Research Center; and Chief of Veterinary Services for NASA. Dr. Vanderlip has collaborated on reproductive projects with the Zoological Society of San Diego and Stanford University and authored the first publication on successful induction of estrus in anestrous bitches using pulsatile GnRH. Dr. Vanderlip has authored 18 books on animal care and can be scheduled for veterinary relief services.
